Born and raised in Germany, Mr. Bohan received his earliest music education with Marina Dethlefsen and then continued his studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater, Germany with Prof. Berndt Goetzke.

He immigrated to the United States at the age of 18 and continued his studies at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY under the mentorship of Prof. Natalya Antonva. He has taken various master classes by world-renowned pianists such as Menahem Pressler, Natalia Trull and Andreas Groethuysen. 

Sung started teaching and sharing his passion for music at a very young age and his students have performed at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, and the Golden Hall in Vienna, just to name a few. His students are prize winners of the American Fine Arts Festival, Southwestern Youth Music Festivals, and have been interviewed by the NewsAgencyAmerica. 

Dr. Yuh-Jiun Melody Wan is an accomplished soloist, chamber musician, and educator. Most recently, she served as the Visiting Assistant Professor of Flute at the University of Louisiana, Lafayette and previously held the position of Flute Lecturer at Southeastern Louisiana University. She currently resides and teaches in Southern California. An award-winning musician, Dr. Wan has earned first place in Taiwan Music Competition, the Louisiana Flute Society Young Artist Competition, the NOLA Chamber Music Festival, and the CSU Summer Arts Festival. She is the founder and flutist of the Vermillion Duet, a clarinet and flute duo that held the Digital Artist Residency with Chamber Music America. As an orchestral musician, Dr. Wan performs regularly with the Rapides Symphony Orchestra and Opera Louisiane. Dr. Wan has performed extensively across Asia, North America, South America, and Europe. She is also a sought-after speaker, having given lectures and performances at numerous conferences, including the San Diego Flute Guild Festival and National Flute Association Convention.

Dr. Wan holds a Doctor of Musical Arts from Louisiana State University, as well as a Performance Diploma (Diplôme Supérieur d'Enseignement de Flûte Traversière) from the École Normale de Musique de Paris Alfred Cortot. She also earned her Master of Music degree from the Bob Cole Conservatory at California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Born in 1994 in Kiel, Germany, Linhan Sung began his piano lessons at the age of five with Marina Dethlefsen. Since then, Linhan has participated in various piano competitions in Europe, including multiple first prizes at the annual Jugend Musiziert Competition at national level, placing in competitions such as the Bach Competition in Köthen, V.C. Righetti Competition in Cortemilia, Italy, and the International Piano Competition vila de capdepera in Mallorca, Spain, to name a few.

In 2006, Linhan was accepted into the Vor- Institut für Frühbegabte (Institute for talented Youth) at the Hochschule fur Musik, Theater und Medien, Hannover, where he was fortunate enough to study with Bernd Goetzke, Elena Margolina-Hait and Roland Krüger. After immigrating to Los Angeles in 2008, he attended the Los Angeles County High School for Arts, where he studied in the studio of Robert Ward. In 2011, he then went on to the Musikhochschule Lübeck, where he completed his Bachelor of Music under the guidance of Konstanze Eickhorst. Linhan has finished his Master of Arts Degree at the Royal Academy of Music in London, United Kingdom and has as well received his Master of Music back at his first Conservatory in Lübeck, Germany.

Malek Sammour is a Southern California-based vocalist, pianist, organist, accompanist, ensemble director, and music educator. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at California State University, Long Beach, and a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from California State University, Fullerton.

As a performer, Malek has appeared in opera, concert, and choral settings throughout Southern California and across the United States. He currently performs with Seraphic Fire, with whom he has toured nationally, and has also sung with the Los Angeles Master Chorale, Pacific Chorale, Long Beach Camerata Singers, and Tonality. His choral work includes performing in Yanga under Gustavo Dudamel, a recording that went on to win the Grammy Award for Best Choral Performance. His operatic roles include Papageno in Die Zauberflöte, Il Conte Almaviva in Le nozze di Figaro, Marquis de la Force in Dialogues des Carmélites, and Pangloss/Voltaire/Martin in Candide.

Malek has over ten years of teaching experience and has worked with students in voice, piano, organ, musicianship, audition preparation, and performance skills, including his current teaching work at Mater Dei High School. His teaching emphasizes strong fundamentals, clear practice strategies, musical expression, and helping each student connect with music they find meaningful and exciting. His students have gone on to pursue music professionally, including one former student currently performing as Alexander Hamilton in the national tour of Hamilton.

In addition to private teaching, Malek has directed and supported vocal ensembles through Music is the Remedy, working with veterans, older adults, children, and community singers. His broad background as a singer, pianist, organist, accompanist, director, and producer allows him to teach students in a practical, well-rounded, and encouraging way.

Remedy Kaplan started music training at the age of 5 and it has been a lifelong passion ever since. She works to bring out the essence of every piece to not only express its message, but to also spark vivid imagery in her listeners. She believes that like art and literature, music is a language to express complex and universal emotions that requires not only technique, but also imagination. She’s played at Carnegie Hall at the age of 15 for the American Fine Arts Festival, and recently graduated from the University of Southern California with a major in Biophysics and a minor in Piano Performance from USC’s Thornton School of Music. She maintains that science and art are not polar opposites, instead they complement each other. She is planning to pursue Cellular and Molecular Biology at graduate school in order to research the natural world, discovering truths and finding solutions to the world’s problems.

Dr. Tae Yeon Lim is a dedicated pianist and teacher who loves helping students of all ages discover the joy of music. She creates a supportive learning environment that balances solid technique, musical expression, and creativity, encouraging each student to grow with confidence.

She earned her Master’s degree in Piano Performance from the Manhattan School of Music and her Doctoral degree from the University of Southern California. With years of teaching and performing experience, Tae Yeon brings both artistry and understanding to every lesson.

Her goal is to inspire not only skilled pianists but also well-rounded individuals who find joy and confidence through music.

A pianist and devoted educator from Claremont California, Nicholas Quadrini began his musical journey at the Claremont School of Music. Throughout his training, Nicholas devoted himself to the piano with relentless discipline, practicing every single day with an intensity that shaped both his technique and resilience. This has led to performance widely in solo but also orchestral settings, most notably appearing in Italy as the pianist performing rhapsody in Blue as well as Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2 with the Montottone Band. Nicholas continued his mastery after high school and studied music in Pasadena. At Occidental College, where he minored in music, Nicholas was an active member of both the chamber ensembles and the orchestra. His artistry has also been recognized through multiple competition wins, including the Dan Stover Competition, with a particular passion for the music of Maurice Ravel, whose works he had studied and performed extensively. Nicholas has now been teaching music for several years, guiding students in piano and beyond. He finds joy in helping others grow as musicians, and believes his greatest fulfillment comes from the impact he makes as a teacher—sharing not just technique, but a genuine love for music.
